Since its incorporation in 1986, Solana Beach's business community has enjoyed the success of a healthy economy. Schools
The areas districts have won many state and national awards for educational excellence, including California Distinguished School and National Blue Ribbon School status. Torrey Pines High School has been selected as one of the outstanding schools in the county many a times; the middle school is under the administration of the San Dieguito Union High School District. There are five elementary schools, two of which are within the city limits of Solana Beach.
The Location
The city named for the sun, has become a tranquil nucleus for the country's many hotspots.
